In this guide, we’ll show you step-by-step how to integrate the Gifty order module into your WordPress site. Don’t worry, no technical knowledge is required. What do you need?
A WordPress website to place the module onto
A Gifty account. Don’t have one yet? Create one easily by clicking here or schedule a demo to learn more about Gifty.
Step 1: Adding the Gifty Plugin to WordPress
1.
Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.

Go to the ‘Plugins’ section on the left side of the screen. (See the screenshot below)

Click on ‘Add New Plugin.’
4.
In the search field in the top right corner, type ‘Gifty‘ and you’ll reach this page (see the screenshot below).
5.
Click ‘Install’ and once the plugin is installed, click ‘Activate.’
Click on ‘Installation‘ on the left and copy the value underneath ‘Your Gifty Key.’

Return to WordPress and click on ‘Gifty’ in the left-hand menu.
4.
Paste the copied ‘Gifty Key’ in the integration code field and click save settings. (See the screenshot below).
Voila! The Gifty order module is now on your website. Want to place the order module in your menu or on another page of your website? Check out the third step.
Step 3: Placing the order module in the menu
1.
Go to “Screen Options” at the top of the WordPress page.

Check “Gifty order module” to make the module available in the list of menu items. (See the screenshot below)

Under Add Menu Items, you will now see ‘Gifty order module’. Check this option and click on ‘Add to Menu’.
4.
Drag the Gifty order module to the desired position in the menu. Click on ‘Save Menu’ to save your changes. (See the screenshot below)
